The rooms are lovely decorated. The service is superb. I really like the dinner and breakfast (you can request for extra charges). They show a short clip of Rebun Island taken by a drone after dinner. I think this hotel is really underrated and would totally recommend for you to stay.

The service is absolutely impeccable, the decor is a lovely blend of Japan and the west, dinner and breakfast were feasts that included original recipes and local specialties, relaxing onsen on site

no complaints at all about the staff. everyone was polite and friendly, and went out of their way to make sure i was comfortable. the free pick-up from the ferry terminal was also much appreciated! location-wise, it’s within walking distance to the beach, the lake, and a bus stop.
